Went here this evening. 3 people were behind the till, only 1 guy was working hard and the other guy and girl were just standing and chatting together. I wanted to go to the other till (where they were talking) but it didn't seem like they open their till, I even made eye contact with the guy but nothing happened. So I patiently waited for the guy who was helping someone else. Someone behind me walked past me in the queue and went for the other till, so apparantly the guy doing nothing but now he is helping someone..... this doesn't make sense at all. Do they even get customer service course? Or how to help people who are in the queue? First time visiting this place but never coming back anymore.

I want to thank to Kate for ruin my day, she shouting on costumers without reason. I had to leave my groceries and leave the shop. Thank you I would never came back here.
Great friendly atmosphere even thou some days the type of security on there make you feel like you've done something but the young lady security think she said her name was (Mary) would like to say is a great exceptions to this store very polite & customer focused.
The cashiers can't count. Gives back the wrong change. Didn't notice until I got down the road. I think she did it on purpose.
I usually like going here as there's loads of space and it's never too busy. when a member of staff is rude to you for no reason it puts a damper on your day. it really doesn't cost anything to have any manners and I used to work in retail and i know what it's like. if that is how he speaks to other customers he won't get very far in life. needs a refresher in customer service skills ASAP
