I needed a touring bike for the Antrim coast. Norman was most accommodating and knowledgeable. Meeting me at the train station in Belfast for pickup and delivery was an added bonus! I heartily endorse him!
We did a tour with John around Belfast. It was brilliant. He was super knowledgeable, the pace was perfect and we saw so much of the city and learnt loads. Couldn’t recommend it more. And the bikes were great, couldn’t get over how comfy the bikes were! Thanks so much!
Very last minute trip to Northern Ireland (few days’ notice only!) but Norman and John gave us 2 hire road bikes, suggested a route for each day, and even arranged accom and luggage transfers for us. Amazingly friendly and flexible customer service. Had a great time.
We arrived jetlagged from the US, managed to get the train to Belfast. Norm met us at the train station on a Sunday, outfitted us, lent us maps, set our pedals, and pointed us in the right direction for a two week tour. He made the process so easy and was so wonderful in welcoming us to the country. Thanks so much for providing the crux of an amazing holiday!
I came from the US on vacation looking for a week long road bike rental. I called Belfast city bike tours with no prior notice and within a few hours Norman dropped off a Fuji sportif (in great condition!) to my rental cottage, along with spare tubes / puncture kits / tire levers / air pump. I’m an avid road cyclist so I was thrilled to get a serviceable bike in good condition so easily. The gears were indexed properly, the brakes set well, and Norman has no issues with me attaching my own saddle and pedals for the week. Fantastic service!
What an amazing day with Gary, Danielle and Norman!! We left our cruise ship right off of the ship and then travelled 22km around Belfast. All 11 of us on bikes that accommodated ages 53 to 3. What a great way to see the city and more importantly to make new friends. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you for a great day guys (and lady!).
