Don’t get parcel’s delivered to this store.
Have a issue with parcels going missing from my apartment building so thought it would be easier to get delivered to the shop a couple of doors down. Package was delivered, £150 value, went to pick it up within 10 mins of being notified and they said that they had refused the delivery. They don’t give you any proof of the item being refused and EVRI can’t find the parcel and all I’m left with is a photo of the package on the shop floor.

AVOID FOR PARCEL DELIVERIES!!!
I received an email from evri with a photo very clearly showing my parcel in this shop. Went to pick up a few hours later. When I asked the guy behind the til he looked at me as if I had three heads and told me they don't deal with evri. Ok, interesting. When I showed him the photo, he looked in the general direction with zero effort to actually look for the parcel and claimed "nope, not here". I said I won't leave without my parcel so he told me to look for it myself. Obviously I went looking and found my parcel. I should've just walked out, but he took it from me and said he won't give it without a code. Sooo, you don't deal with evri but you want a code? I hadn't received a code as he clearly didn't bother to scan the parcel in. But I wasn't going to leave without my goods, so, after a few minutes of arguing and creating a massive queue, the gracious gentleman mercifully scanned it and miraculously, by the grace of God, I received a code, and was allowed to take what's mine.
I have two theories as to what happened: 1) something funny is being added to Bristol's water and people are getting dumber and more incompetent by the hour, or 2) the people in this shop know exactly what they're doing and are bagging goodies for themselves as they know evri won't do much for a parcel worth a few quid ("nooo, don't redeem it" comes to mind). Either way, avoid if you don't like headaches!

Do not use this store for parcel collection.
I had a parcel delivered here. I received a notification that it had been delivered mid-afternoon, so I went down at about 5pm to collect it, only to be told that they'd refused delivery because "the courier took the proof-of-delivery photo in the wrong part of the shop".
About 3 hours later, I received notification that it was available for collection.
So, did they really refuse it, or were they just too lazy to have bothered to scan it into their system and blamed the courier for their laziness? I don't know. It seems unlikely that the parcel company would have made a second delivery attempt the same day. I do know that there was a pile of other people's parcels lying on the floor in front of the counter.
One of the main reasons for using a collection point is to get the parcel faster rather than having to get a "we missed you" card and then chasing that up. Thanks to the idiots in this shop, I had to make a second journey the following day.
They don't deserve to be in business.

I rarely leave reviews however the staff at this Best-One store are absolutely phenomenal. The store is always well stocked with a great selection of different products but what really stands out is the lovely lady who works as cashier, she consistently provides outstanding customer service and is always exceedingly friendly. Although there are several cornershops nearer to us, the staff in my office are more than happy to go that little bit further to support this charming, family-run business and the lady out front who is the glue holding it all together.
