Restaurant was booked for a conference event so I chose to seat at the bar which was nice and quiet. Food was great and the lady who served me was very nice, friendly and accommodating.
Came here with my family.The food overall was good, has soup for starter and burger for main. But they didn't bring out me and my brother's mains and side salads and we only got our side of chips. They forgot a lot of my family's orders aswell. The staff were very apologetic about the situation and gave us free drinks.
The staff at Tempus restaurant inside Eastwood Hall hotel were extremely unwelcoming and unhelpful. Their lack of attentiveness and poor service made the dining experience quite unpleasant. The waiters seemed disinterested and the overall vibe was highly unprofessional. Would not recommend dining here if you're seeking a positive experience. We waited 12 minutes for a garlic mayonnaise sauce and when the waitress came to the table she said that they didn't have garlic mayonnaise and asked if she should take the pizza back because it was already cold, we said yes, and after another 5 minutes, a waiter came with mayonnaise. When we wanted to pay, even though we said that we already had the credit card pre-authorized by the hotel, the waitress said that we had to pay on the spot. Which I did, only that the pizza was also included which we didn't eat and it was taken back in its entirety. When we raised this question, the waitress took the pizza out of the bill and asked us if it was okay like this? How can you ask such a thing? after everything you did. We felt very intimidated in this restaurant. I don't recommend it 
Had a meal here with the wife tonight. Mains were OK, starters and desserts were absolutely bang on. Would've rated 4* overall, but the staff make up that extra point. We were looked after by Kyra who - if the management are reading this - is an absolute credit to you. One of the best we've come across anywhere. Will definitely return.
Wonderful food and overall experience. Meals larger and higher quality than expected. Service first class. Expected sides needed to supplement the mains but not the case. I recommend.
Excellent service. Good menu and reasonable prices. The staff were really attentive.
Very good value when booked with a room for overnight stay, drinks are pricey but food is delicious and service is good
