Unexpected location for a Wetherspoon's, but it's a very decent pub and one of their best. It was packed on a Thursday afternoon but not over crowded. Best fish and chips we've had from any Wetherspoons. Four stars, not quite five, since the tables felt a bit crammed together, which is not ideal when the pub is busy.

The staff who work there are a credit to themselves as they are very clearly understaffed consistently. Despite this the staff are wonderful and give you the time of day whenever you order at the bar. I notice that on Wednesday especially the bar seems to not be staffed properly this is despite Trent's Ocean Night, Indie Wednesday's at Bodega and Jumpship at the Walrus. Again, despite this the staff work exceptionally hard. The team that works here are credit to Wetherspoons and the hospitality industry as a whole and I hope that they get the credit that they deserve from upper management within the pub.

Visited while staying in Nottingham. This is quite a strangely placed spoons to be honest. It is down a side street instead of a main high street like they usually are. A lovely building from the outside, more akin to an office type look but once inside it looks lovely. A few seating areas to choose from. Ordered our food and it arrived fairly quickly. It was the first ever time I've had a spoons lasagne and to be honest it would be far nicer in a heated dish as it lost its heat quite quickly on a cold plate. All the other meals were nice also. It was a Wednesday evening when we visited so quite quiet. A nice relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff all helped to make it a pleasent visit

Very good food. I recommend The sticky Korean chicken which is new on their menu. This particular weather spoons is at the heart of the city and is quite busy and overcrowded but the staff are very swift and fast with their services that you don't have to wait for long to get your order. They also have spaces upstairs as well. This place isn't suitable for a romantic outing. You will bearly hear yourselves out. Not recommended for kids as well because it's not spacious. But it's very cool for sit out with groups of friends or grabbing a quick bite or drink alone because it is a very lively and bubbly place.

I was treated to this delicious Mother's Day lunch this past Sunday. The food was great, really good portions and beautifully cooked. The staff were friendly and service was quick. Would definitely visit again.

On our mid afternoon arrival there were no bar staff present, but they soon appeared. Two of the beer pumps right before your eyes actually had no beer available. The third choice we got was a good pint, so all good in the end. Fairly busy, so a lot of people like the low costs of the drinks available. Staff cleared the tables promptly and it was clean and tidy. Just need to look after the cellar better, so as not to limit the beer choices.

I Wish. I when to McDonald. Get more for your money. Its the 1st time I've been to Wetherspoons. And the last. The place was a mess dirty plates ever where. And the Food was Bad. The chips teste like Frozen McCain Home Chips Chunky. And the salad on the burger would not fill a snail up

Nice on a Sunday morning for a Wetherspoon’s breakfast. Served on a warm plate. Nice and quiet at 8:30. People started to drift in after us. Staff friendly. Breakfast came quickly. Lots of choice of seating areas. And of course a picture of their personalised carpet.

It's big pub, with lots of space for dining. Was very busy when I went on Monday lunch time about 1.30 pm. A lot of people taking up the offer on the food deals. Had a long wait at the bar, due to most people ordering food, staff were all very friendly and polite. I would of like to of seen more staff taking orders, to keep the que down. The pub is nice but could do with a update on the decor to refresh the interior of the pub. But the wait for the food was worth it, good portions and very tasty. Would visit again, but go earlier.

Quite possibly the best Wetherspoon's out of the city centre's four. Small rooftop terrace to enjoy the fresh air. Plenty of space on the ground floor with separate areas for private parties or groups. I had a Doom Bar for Β£1.99 which was okay considering probably first pulled of the day. If I return to this city I'd choose this one over the other three spoons
