   The cashier is extremely aggressive. She could not scan the Items in the correct order to enable the correct discount. When I pointed this out to her she got very angry and shouted across the Store at me “don’t tell me how to do my job, I’ve been doing this over 20years” there were at least 5 other customers in the store at the time. Happened around 13:15 on 7/10/25 if CCTV needs a review. Maybe I’m expecting a bit much of someone if said person has been working in a co op for 20 years, but I think she has demonstrated the reason for that such a long career in a corner shop… I did try explain again before leaving but said cashier proclaimed I am obviously buying different sandwiches than I usually do, in a very condescending and sarky way. Which was also incorrect. Overall terrible experience, stores was very disorganised too.

   I placed an order at 09.23 am this morning and then received a message at 11.30 to say there was a delay.i tried ringing the store but the phone was engaged for 3hours.i then received an email 14.40 to say my order had been cancelled.and now I've got to wait 3 to 5 working days for my money back.wont be ordering online ever again

   Parking can be a bit hit and miss as it is very convenient but most of the time you can find a spot. The staff are friendly and will always help, price is what you would expect in a shop that is open for this amount of time,a bit high but not exclusively over the top. We use it a bit better then driving into town.

   Manager needs a serious attitude check misses walk in shop couldn't see the other people in the Ilse manager comes storming out and very unprofessionally aswel as rudely tells her to leave because the shop is full fair enough it was full but not everyone has got x ray vision and can see through the iles, this is the reason why some places have some1 waiting there to tell u if u can enter or not and if you don't have some manners, it was a general mistake but his attitude was disgusting then she had to deal with a stare when she was let in which makes me think is he 12

   Recently lost my last £20 in the store. Called them up, spoke to a older guy with short hair who served me was super helpful, they turned the shop upside down to find it. They gave me it back on my next visit.
