Jackson's is one of those specialist outdoor shops where everything is at hand. All good quality. Fashonable if thats what your after but always best outdoor equipment and clothing. Warm, hospitable and knowledgeable, really helpful. I went in for a Swiss army knife and couldnt evade getting kit for my mate.
Best outdoor and mountain shop in Belfast, worth to visit if you need some gear or outdoor clothing, staff is always happy to help and gives good advices. As well the sell online with fast and cheap delivery service. Used it many times and never dissapointed.
This shop has lots of high quality stock for all outdoor and water based activities. The staff was friendly and helpful, nice to know a shop like this still exists.

I was hesitant to purchase a down jacket from the US because I don't know what it would cost to return it. But, as promised on Jackson Sports' website, I got a quick response when I emailed with questions to ensure a good fit. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly the package came. I should have kept better track, but I believe it was less than 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Very satisfied with my purchase, customer service and shipping time.
Super sports shop with really helpful staff, who know their stuff. Got a lovely pair of trekking sandals and for the same price as online! Really love getting to try things on and receive good advice from knowledgeable staff. Well worth a visit.
I'm glad I'm hearing from you guys, I've been trying to call your customer phone # for a few days now, nobody answered or called back... I tried emailing this morning and got a reply. I have not received my order yet, but your costumer service is taking care of me. I'm happy to change my review as you replied to my email pretty quick and now on Google map! I guess the phone option wasn't the best... When ordering I assumed it was going to be DHL services... I didn't read closely enough and missed that it would not be tracked! Thanks for telling why you're not using the tracked option with Royal Mail... I was wondering! Customer service is the biggest reason why I shop somewhere, equally, the quality of the products! Needed a replacement mountain jacket and trousers. The range and prices were both very good. The guy that served me was very helpful and honest. I must have harassed him for at least half an hour with this and that and he was always a complete professional. A credit to the company. I was very happy with the sale and the way I was treated. I’m glad I made the purchase face to face and not ordered somewhere online as I got a good deal and it was pleasant trying on the stuff and exploring the range.
