I have used Keyhaven Therapy some time ago, pre Covid… My experience then was wonderful so when I needed some family issues dealt with post covid i only considered one place. This time my experience was different, the same quality service and professionalism from Anita but sessions held over the phone, or by video call. I received 10 sessions all in and every session was met with the reassurance that I would be listened to, confidentially would be maintained and a strategy worked out between us both would be implemented.. I have total confidence in Anita’s ability, I felt supported and comfortable throughout. The trauma of it all slowly subsided as we worked through my anxieties….
