   I met Jo at a time in my recovery where I really needed the opportunity to see someone 1-1 to work through some issues that I discovered I had boxed up and avoided addressing, some for many years. Jo was amazing in facilitating me in addressing ostensibly my addiction issues and, through our work to begin to deal with associated matters including relationship difficulties over a long period of time, depression and anxiety and also a core matter of untreated bereavement lasting over 20 years. I unreservedly recommend this service.
