I'm really glad we bought our bed from Totnes Home Furnishings. They provided a great service and a wonderful bed. It was very helpful to be able to try out the bed, get advice and get a delivery date and time that suited us. They were extremely helpful and knowledgable. They took on board all the difficulties of delivering to the second floor, without any problems. I will definitely buy from them again.
Damien is so helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to source pine tables for my lounge to match existing furniture. Delivery was really quick and nothing was too much trouble. 100% recommend.
Delighted with the product knowledge, range and the service these guys offer. I’ve had a bedroom suite, beds, headboards and mattresses. (The mattress range in particular, is superb!) The Showroom is well worth a look, homely, with some absolute gems in there. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, an ask is all it takes and the chaps can work their magic. The personal customer service is second to none, unlike the impersonal bigger chain stores! FREE delivery service - big bonus! Definitely our home furnishings go to now, so glad we found them.
I would highly recommend Totnes Home Furnishings. Really great customer service, good quality furniture too. I almost bought a mattress somewhere online but was unsure if the quality would be that great and without trying them out it’s hard to know what you are getting. I went in to have a look at mattresses, the staff were very helpful and friendly and not pushy at all, which I really like, there was plenty of choice and I was given lots of time to decide what I wanted. I got a really good deal on a high quality double mattress, it was on sale. They offered free delivery and collection of the old mattress. I work long hours and it can be difficult to find a delivery slot which suits but they gave me a very clear delivery time. Next day 8.30am, they arrived promptly and brought it in to the bedroom. I am so happy I pooped in there. Thanks guys!
