Above and beyond customer service at this wonderful independent shop. A huge range of items for all budgets and tastes; the majority from artisan makers including many local to the South West of the UK. It’s my go to for gifts and for homewares. It’s bright and welcoming and easy to browse for everything from a card to a piece of furniture.
Bought a jigsaw puzzle in a sealed box. On completion there were pieces missing. Contacted Graham by email and he replied immediately and put another in the post. Clearly not his fault but service is above and beyond, highly recommended.

Great little shop with plenty of good quality items .. from desks to lamp shades .. and lots of lovely ornaments and cards. It's a good place to get a more unusual gift for someone.

Fabulous shop with first class service. Nothing was too much trouble. Ordered a desk and chair on Sunday and delivered on Wednesday. Very, very pleased with my purchase which has made my office corner look super smart and in keeping with the rest of my living space.
An amazing little shop that we visited in the heart of Totnes. The shop is filled with beautiful and well crafted furniture as well as art and sculpture but we loved the way it promoted the artist and connects you with them through their work. Walked away with loads and cant wait to see them again this summer. Owner couldn't do enough to help us with delivery but also let us browse at our own pace which I believe is really important. Great stop on your way down (or up) the hill, you won't be disappointed.
