   It is very tidy and quiet. We went on a Monday, though, so perhaps that's why it was quiet. But everything was organized. It has two floors, and I think you can find anything you are looking for.

   Klaudia from TK Maxx was lovely and very helpful. She took her time to help me choose the right product and explained everything clearly. She was friendly and approachable and made the whole experience really pleasant. She also explained how the Treasure Card works, which I really appreciated. I’m very grateful for her help and very happy with the service.

   This is one of the of the best Tk Maxx stores in London , I am a picky person and rarely I can do a lot of shopping in one store but I bought everything in one hour, I bought 2 -3 deferent full style with a reasonable price, which are very unique, I have a plan to do all my shopping only in this TK Maxx

   Terrible customer service in store. Rude and unhelpful girl with a big ego complex. Ordered an online item that arrived damaged. Uploaded images of arrival of damaged item. Spoke to customer services who advised can return in store or by post. As was a large item chose to return in store, but the staff member we saw was very rude. She accused us of using the item and that’s why it was damaged. I explained we had already sent images and discussed this issue with customer support online, however she patronisingly explained that the item “smells used” and she couldn’t help me. Even when she handed back the item she didn’t even have the courtesy to fold it the way it was brought in and give to her, she just handed it to us loose unfolded and out of the packaging. I’ve now had to take the item back home to be posted all because of the ego and lack of manners and professionalism of this extremely rude employee.

   Shop manager was incredibly rude (Wood Green store) and refused to offer a refund of a faulty item. Never shopping here again. UPDATE: TK Maxx customer services have suggested that I request a refund from another store! Absolutely abysmal customer service. They concede that their service is sub-standard and put the onus on the customer to arbitrage this by hitting and hoping to find a better branch. Pathetic company.

   This chain is one of the best places to buy branded items with good discounts. I love to buy food also, although their food section in this one is little. They always have loads of Italian stuff and savoury weird things. Got s chickpeas puff crisps this time. Tasty and healthy!!

   This is a smaller store to my local one. But still had lots of bargains, just not enough choices for boys under 5. Nevertheless a tidy and well presented store with friendly professional staff. Great clearance items in store at this visit. Still limited choices for Boys under 5. However, lots of bargains in the clearance sections.
