   Nice Stock availability, seems to have most products in at most time, the shop itself has always been a nice place to buy my pet needs, BUT some staff members here are VERY rude, ignorant and made me feel uncomfortable on several occasions, they dont wear name badges otherwise i would name & shame them on here, Happy to take your money but when asked a question its like iv done something wrong❌, A few Staff members are polite and even go out their way to help you.

   Normally good service in here apart from today when I went to collect my order which was all loose in basket and then just dumped at the till point and then told ' there you are' and just left to pick up lots if items without even the offer of any help. This is not acceptable. If the staff read this it was a large built red haired guy who served me, and I use the term 'served' loosely.

   I visited the castle Marina store today and I just wanted to say, I had amazing customer service from a staff member called Andie. She took me around the shop advising me on what my puppy needed. Andie didn't push me into buying stuff that I didn't need and the knowledge that Andie gave me was amazing! I just want to say thank you so much for helping me today! I didn't feel like Andie was just doing her job, it felt she really cared about what my puppy needed. Brilliant customer service!

   Went here to buy tropical fish however when I asked for my preferred fish all I got was a grilling about what fish I have in my tank the resulting conversation was unbelievable ended with the. Sales assistant trying to sell me a new tank. I walked out of the shop in disgust never to return. I have been keeping fish longer than 50 years I

   Definitely the worst pets at home in Nottingham I’ve kept rats most my life. I’ve gone in to get me and my fiance two beautiful baby rats and they refused to sell me them unless I got the biggest cage in the shop. From what I’ve kept my rats in and what I’ve been advised “by other pets at homes in Nottingham” in the past is no where as big as the one he was trying to sell me and also said if you can’t get this look around for a *birdcage that a good size*. Unbelievable.
