I’m sorry to give 1 star for this dog grooming. My dog got injured from this shop. We took my dog for dog grooming on 6 December afternoon. When we picked up my dog, the lady groomer said my dog was bleeding of her paw pad. She cut the skin of the paw pad. I’m felt very scared, why your professional can do that? You said that my dog scared to give you cut the nail. But the lady groomer was very careless to do that. She also say that will stop bleeding very fast. However, my dog can’t stop bleeding at the moment, so we took her to pet clinic to got the medical treatment. We already spend over GBP 150 of vet fee. We really not encourage all of you to take your pet come to this grooming.
