Adopted a rescue today and called in on my way home to get her all new gear. Staff extremely helpful, great choice and quality gear.
Store is well set out, clean and person that was serving was very friendly, knowledgeable about all the products and made sure you got the best value for money. They genuinely listened to suggestions of future products / lines. Products are of good quality. Intended to only have a look around but ended up buying treats, treat/training pouch and a training lead. Will be going back to get a harness and collar for my malamute cross. We were told that they will make sure we purchase the correct harness and make sure that it fits.
Took my dog into the shop as I wasn’t sure what size harness he would need. Because on different platforms the times were all different, we ended up getting there early. But as we pulled up, 2 members of staff were outside. Very friendly & welcoming, one of them was to open up the shop, and let us in so we were hanging around. Absolutely fantastic service, very helpful and shown my boy a lot of love… even new resident Loki was great service letting me & my daughter have lots of cuddles. Happy with my purchase- matching harness, collar & leash, along with natural chews, sample pack of dry food and salmon oil. Will 100% be back again.
My purchase from bullybillows is fantastic quality, durable and affordable. I love the design and for my dog and the strength he has is easily controlled with the tactical collar and matching lead. All in all a great buy! We will be purchasing all of our dog's products from bullybillows from now on!
Not sure why the overall review score for this business is so low; I went there today to pick up two collars for my Staffy. The staff were extremely polite, when one of the collars turned out to be too big they said I could bring my dog in and test the next size before taking it away with no hassle. They even said I could come in before buying something in the future to try it on for size beforehand, excellent service! Most of all, their products are extremely tough and I'm pretty sure are made in-house and it shows, I can see them lasting forever. I'll definitely be coming back to buy more!
Frustrating. Customer service is pretty poor. Ordered my things on the 26th November and still have not received. Got in contact and nothing. Need a mobile number to ring them or something as the whole write to us thing is ridiculous. Poor poor customer service.
I have been waiting for my order now for over 4 weeks. All I recieved was a tracking code which said "We're expecting it". I have tried their contact section 3 times now with no answer. The worst part is, they have asked me in a few emails now to review their products, which I still don't have.
Really bad company. I wouldn’t use these guys. They claimed they sent my order but I never received it. They gave me a tracking number which didn’t exist and then said that’s because Royal Mail already delivered it. Petty thieves for sure
Update 17 September 22: The new 5cm combat dog collar khaki v2.0 is AMAZING and seems to be very sturdy. The delivery tracking sucks but overall my wife and I are very satisfied with this collar. My wife purchased a 5cm combat dog collar, which was nice. The collar arrived to the Washington state in a reasonable time and appears to be made well but it was just to large for my American Bully. After doing a little research on how to make a return on a $50 product, we were told that it would cost us $200 to mail the collar back. It’s unfortunate that although BullyBillows do except returns, just be aware of there expectations as to how the product should be returned. My wife reached out to customer service and asked if they have exceptions as to how to return a $50 product without paying $200 to ship it back to the UK and the answer was No. Customer service offered to give us a $25 gift card. Enough said. I can’t recommend BullyBillows to my friends and family simply because of their return policy.
