Never any staff around, only 1 self check out open and it wouldn't scan my membership card. As noone around to help I ended up spending more than I should.
I’m so utterly shocked and disappointed at the lack of attention that goes into someone’s order. Co op West Norwood definitely have a problem with reading simple instructions. What’s the point in putting a place for instructions if no one is going to read it or ignore it?! Just very careless. I clearly said cancel entire order if any of my items weren’t available. I ordered 2 big bags of the Jalapeño Cheese walkers crisps and what I got was 8 small packets of the punchy paprika crisps. I phoned the Co op and asked the lady who I spoke to on the phone if they had the Jalapeño crisps in stock she said no. So they new my item wasn’t in stock and proceeded to give me another flavour of crisps despite my instruction to cancel the entire order. This hasn’t just happened once, it’s happened quite a few times. I think I just need to order from Sainsbury’s alone as they always get their orders right. I’ll be visiting the Co op shortly and will report back soon with an update.

Paul the manager on Sunday 13th August 2022 was absolutely fabulous. Stock knowledge, local knowledge and in the heat.i could not ask for more. I had only visiting but will visit again. Because help is what you need when you are not bothered and wishing you we're not here.
Great staff at checkouts except for 1 miserable guy. Its expensive and quality is bad for food unlike Tesco, Iceland and Sainsbury's across the road. Staff not wearing masks properly. Customers not wearing them. Although most people were wearing face coverings

Well stocked branch. Some own brands are unbeatable on prices. This branch has a good range of products and fresh vegetables. Well groomed staff and courteous. Try parking on the streets behind or next to the cemetery wall as wardens are too keen to fine on the high street
