   Horrible customer services, when to collect a parcel with 16 items in but could not find it even though the tracker said it was there since 26 of August then my phone number was taken to give me a call because probably it was in the store room which was locked and had not had the key, this happened on Wednesday this week, never got a call back. Today I called, as I was speaking the line was cut off, called again 3 times no one picked up the phone, the 4th time the lady answered and said wait and after 3 seconds cut off the call again. The worst place to pick up orders.

   Very rude woman working there. After only a few minutes of being in the shop said they were closing and was in a rush to get me to leave the shop without any 'please' etc.

   My 12 year old daughter has severe anxiety, she went to this shop with her cousin which was a major step for her and the shop assistant stood by her and stared at her for the whole time she was in there, this has made her even worse.

   Dissatisfied with the till services. Asked specifically for a particular item, person was not keen on showing the item before purchase, ended up selling the wrong item even after clarifying multiple times.
