Overpriced that little amount of products that are on half empty shelves. I actually dont understand the managers turning up for work and not understanding the food supply that is essential to be in the shops: it's embarrasing...I have been there few times in 5 years living near by as its known for being overpriced with very little selection of desired food items. Popped in this week twice....got chicken thighs: both days were only 1-2 packs on shelf...but lots of breasts...why managers are not ordering what goes...Co-op should be managed by someone who understands foods and shelves must be always full with wide variety....and will not fill up shelfs with snacks but mainly with proper food/ fresh meat/ fish/ veg......There are no food shops around so it would be very lucrative & popular if managed well.... Then one waits long for help to unlock the wine cabinet....its just unpleasant shopping experience...the shop should be taken over by amazing Aldi chain. Co-op managers are not reading reviews as same comments of shop being" expensive empty mess "has been posted since 7 years ago....without change....unbelievable...

A half-stocked mess, with trolleys cluttering the aisles and making it hard for anyone to get around. The staff seem to vanish off to god knows where leaving you waiting for a while.

This store is doing absolutely nothing for the coop brand. I use it several times a week. I frequently walk out as the shelves are empty? Wine fridges, despite been under lock and key are rubbish. Luke warm white wine? Come on? Just turn the power up???!! This is not poor fridges and not outside temp. This is your choice!! I walk round the shop thinking … ok I can’t get that maybe I’ll have that? Get there and that’s empty. 9/10 times I absolutely regret not going elsewhere and can absolutely never depend on this shop. 2 packs of crisps for dinner tonight? That’s how bad this shop is! Just awful.

Had a really unpleasant experience at this Coop location. One of the employees—a tall, young, skinny man—was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was dismissive and clearly not interested in helping customers. It’s disappointing to be treated like that when all I wanted was a simple bit of assistance. On top of that, the store was cluttered with delivery cages everywhere, making it difficult and unsafe to walk through the aisles. Very disappointing experience overall. Visited on 24/05.

Average day. Always supply issues. this must be the least supplied coop of London. Shelves are always empty and there is extremely little variety. Also, overpriced and expensive even when compared to other coops or mini markets in the area.

Small but has all the essentials you need. Baked goods and booze available. Fresh produce too

I didn’t expect a small shop in a residential area to be so diverse in the items they stock! So many plant-based & vegan foods, I love it! And it has extra services like Waitrose returns and Amazon locker!

Always under stocked... Can never get everything I need from this shop. The staff are very unhelpful, they can see a queue of people at the cash register and ignore it. There have been times when you can wait up to 5 mins by the till with no signs of any employee. On top of all this the prices are hiked up too high. This shop really needs a change of management.

I had some difficulties in sending the parcel back to John Lewis a month ago and popped in the shop twice. Thanks to Akeem who was extremely helpful, polite and courteous in both occasions. Excellent customer service.

Loved it. Well thought out selection of groceries and other items, and the layout is perfect too including the check out arrangements.somebody at corporate appears to be listening to customer feedback! And it's just so wonderful to have this store in the neighborhood, especially a CO-OP. Highly recommended.
