   I use this shop on a daily basis even though theyre slightly higher prices than your average tesco ect you cant put a price on A convenience and B love and care, ive known the lady in the shop since I was pregnant with my son who is nearly 6 years old, shes friendly and helpful always gives my son a nice cuddle they legit call each other my friend and my son, if I am going to the shop I always take my boy cant put a price on their love and friendship, the other staff there are friendly and helpful too. It may be a convenient store to some but to us its family.

   It is always a pleasure to go in this shop. They always seem to have what i need, the staff is really helpful specially the lady behind the till, she always ready to help whether it's locating an item on the shelves or with parcels both to send/collect. Always smilling and helpful. Been my local for over 5 years and never had a problem.

   This is now my local shop having moved to the area 6 months ago. Great shop stock wise they have everything, however the customer service is absolutely awful. The lady who is serving the majority of the time is nothing but rude! You’ll be lucky to get a word out of her let alone a please or thank you. Prices are different to whats marked, and on 2 occasions now she has input a higher price into her card machine to what is displayed on the till. No manners at all, shop elsewhere.

   I been regularly at this place for years as I live round the corner I didn’t have much issue until they started to up their prices. Before you buy the item it will say the price then at the checkout it will boost up to £1-£2 sometimes even more. Really unprofessional and they try take money from you very clearly. They also have a silly card minimum of £3 which is highly stupid just better off going to Sainsbury’s or something to get actual products for better prices without them coning you for money. Really terrible and they need to sort it out.

   I regularly do my shopping at this store. I purchased a bottle of Alcohol which was the wrong one, when I returned the next day with the unopened bottle and proof of receipt they refused to give a refund, claiming they don't do refunds. I insisted it was a mistake but they still declined and said I should return the next day to speak to the manager. I went back the next day with the items and was told the manager is not in and I should return within the next 2 days. I again did as they requested. I went back 2 days later and met the manager who refused to give me a refund as it was my fault. Absolutely appalling staff members who can barely speak English yet rude in their behaviour and had no intention to giving me a refund. I will never shop there again. Be Warned not nice people.

   An inconvenient convenience store! Should open at 07:45, which is rather late for a convenience store but is often still not open until a lot later. This is too late for commuters.
