I went into the Lenton Boots today to purchase a medicine to help with morning sickness. I was quite embarrassed about the request, however, when I asked the employee working for help (she was blonde with short hair, middle-aged), I was met with an incredibly rude and obstinate response. She offered no helpful advice, and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I will not be shopping here again as a result of this experience, and I would not recommend any other young pregnant women to come here for a similar request. I felt completely ashamed and embarrassed because of this woman’s response, and I would not want anyone else to be subjected to the same experience.
Plenty of car park spaces. A suggestion would be to give priority to people with young children waiting in the queue as they can get restless and irritable.
I have been trying to telephone this Boots Branch on Derby Road Lenton regarding a prescription. They haven't answered the phone for over 2 weeks! What is the point of having a telephone number if your consistently ignoring the phone! Being attached to a GP practice who's patients use this pharmacy its very disappointing. Boots needs to go & another Pharmacy take over! Me & my family members have removed this pharmacy as our designated pharmacy for prescriptions as they are clearly NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
Took so long to refill a prescription that I wound up having to go to half doses and ration my meds to get by.
You can get most stuff aftershave and prefum baby food nappies and meds and body needs sorry can't spell but what I mean
Returned medication for a couple of residents. Easy sign off, just return un used medicines. A small store, but has everything you need.
Always good and very friendly staff
Set back from derby Road so blink and you'll drive past it. Good service and large free car park.
