Never experienced such rude staff and awful treatment. The girls at the pharmacy were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Heard them gossiping and being rude about patients while they were waiting and were extremely condescending. Not a nice place to go when trying to get a prescription- very shocking behaviour.
Always has most things you're looking for.

They're cheaper than boots, and stocked everything I needed. Also they have a chemist onside, which is good!
Repeatedly poor experience with prescription deliveries for my neighbours.Medication needs to be requested 2 weeks ahead of need.How does that work for the elderley? Deliveries are last minute or non existent with no call to say a drug is not available. I'm not a relative, and there isn't one near by, so the chasing required is not acceptable.
Clean and very well stocked. A very helpful lady served me and my mum with my purchases and offered me some reduced bargains...which I purchased. This brand is far better than the other highstreet chemist. It's full of everything you need and makeup is always fully stocked. The shelves are clean and full and well dressed. Well done Orpington.
We have trained here for 17 plus years.. The track and gym are set in a lovely location. We had high hopes that under the new management things would be even better for the local users, but we cannot get any information on the new open times and prices.. fear we will not be able to use the venue any longer due to access issues once lockdown is lifted.
Staff are great in here! Helpful n friendly, shelves are always stocked plus I sometimes order online and pick it up from the store as I work in Orpington. Much prefer Super drug to Boots, cheaper and has alot of choice.
The staff were so short, rude and unpleasant. Needed advice on a refund so called in and someone answered laughing, didn’t listen to me and then cut me off. Went in to speak to someone who had served me who shut me down with “yeah I serve a lot of people.” Did I ask that or are you not getting paid to offer a service? Better training or full rehaul needed.
