My disabled daughter picked up a bar of chocolate to buy and she changed her mind and put it back I finished my shopping and went to the till to pay the man said tell your daughter to empty her pockets she has stolen a chocolate bar I said my daughter has not stolen nothink and If you think she has call the police the man embarrassed me in front of the whole shop my daughter was shaking the other lady that was working there she was so nice she told the man off and told him to apologise to my daughter I asked her to search my daughter so I.could prove he was wrong she said no I don't need to but I begged her to so I can prove nothink was stolen so she did and it was proven my daughter is no thief the man still did not apologise the lady did thank so much to the lady working there and shame on the man making my disabled daughter cry

I have been going to this poundland for 3 years now and have never experience anything this horrible. A young guy followed me around the store the whole time watching me, made it so obvious. And to top it off, I wasn’t the only one in the store. Treat your customers better. I felt humiliated, like I had the word “THIEF”written all over my face. Very uncomfortable.
