Mister vets are very caring and understanding. I had the heartbreak of putting my little princess Daisy to sleep. They took their time with me and daisy, they gave us so much support and time to be together through to the end. I have received a card from them in the post which really touched my heart. They have been brilliant with all my pets and I will be forever grateful to them. Thank you minster vets.
Very good carring and knowledgeable staff high standards of service in all departments vets receptionist and care staff. They were recommended to us by a friend who also had a dog she said that they are exceptional practice we were not disappointed and have been going there for 12 years never let us down.
I cannot rate this place highly enough. The staff are incredible they are super friendly and knowledgeable and ensure your pet is at ease, they are also amazing at making sure that you have all the information and that you understand it whilst giving you plenty of options. My beautiful little girl Prinny has recently been spayed but it has taken the best part of a year to get it done safely due to situations beyond anyone’s control. But at every stage they have been so helpful, reassuring and caring it’s so nice that they know her by sight. It’s so nice also the atmosphere with a great size waiting room. I absolutely love the staff at this place and they all deserve the highest praise and respect and appreciation because they deserve it. Thank you all! I hope you know how very wonderful you all are!
Great practice. Cannot fault them We've taken 2 of our rabbits here and have chosen to see Rachel Parkes as their vet due to her stating on their site she has a speical intrest in bunnies, and we have also on one occasion seen Harvey, aswell as the nurses and care assitants. On every occasion the practice have been amazing and tended to our every need. They have alwasy been accomdoating and are very flexible. They recognise that vets trips can be stressful for bunnies, and after surgiers were happy to view photots and take emaisl and calls regarding bunnies, only bringing them in when absoloutley necessary. I have no hesitation about contacting them If our pets are ever ill. I cannot fault them at all
We were here for work at the Showground, when our cavapoo found rat poison. The service from start of the phoning for help to leaving was exceptional. Our little Ed is feeling sorry for himself but without them I know it would have been so much worse. Thank you for everything

Amazing vets We transfered all the family dogs a few days ago because my mums dog Tia was very poorly and was not getting the quality of care from our original vets. Minster have been looking after my mums dog with compassion and the quality of care she deserves, they have been treating her in house for the last few days, the staff have been wonderful from Reception who have answered our calls and got her booked in straight away in such a friendly and caring manner the nurses & vets who have been looking after her while she has been there again friendly and caring. Today she has been transferred and admitted to an animal hospital for further investigations by referal from Minster. Thank you Minster I truly believe we have our dogs in the best hands possible.
Cannot thank these guys enough for the service we have had over the last 6 months. Had to have a very beloved old dog put down in October and was shown incredible compassion and kindness from everyone at Minster, despite covid regulations and it being out of hours. Nothing was rushed, we were alone in a room and it was incredibly peaceful for us all. My other dog then needed surgery last week and the service was exceptional as always- from the gentleman who saw us first (didn’t catch his name) to The vet who operated and all of the nursing team who looked after her in the 24 hours after! It’s reassuring to know that we have such a great facility for our animals on our doorstep.
