   I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Moray Way Co-op. I visited with my young son to buy a small treat, and when we asked a staff member (young male, ginger beard, scruffy appearance) if a product was in stock, he responded “I don’t know,” turned away, and continued picking an order without helping us. This is the second time I have experienced this dismissive and unprofessional behaviour from the same employee. When I asked who the manager was, he shrugged and said “myself,” and even denied knowing me from the previous visit. This behaviour is unacceptable, especially in front of my child, and does not reflect the friendly service I’ve usually experienced at this store. I hope Co-op takes this seriously and ensures proper training and corrective action.

   After a poor experience with their third party delievery service, they refused to aid in helping me find my order and shrugged it off like it was nothing. Manager was very dismissive once the delievery driver turned up with my order after 2 hours and never saw an issue with the delievery. I had rang the store over 5 times, the delievery driver lied saying they had a burst tire and was extremely rude. Both this business and Uber Eats are appauling.

   7.25am visit floor full of rubbish no bakery goods available shop not dressed crumbs all on shelving from single bakery products from yesterday. Not a good start to the day for customers.

   There is always problems every time I have been to this Co-op. The customers can't form an orderly queue, instead whilst getting served the next person doesn't like to wait in the queue and they just stand next to you at the counter which should not be allowed. There should not be two people at one counter, that is why its called a queue! Some of the staff are very argumentative, one member of staff looked like she walked in drunk and was in and out of people going past, that was very frustrating to other shoppers. The staff member who did this wasn't even looking when she was walking. Another member of staff behind the counter was rude by snatching the items instead of waiting for the items to be put on the counter, heavy handed tactics where the item scraped across my hand. This is bad customer service. Some of the terrible staff here are so uneducated they wouldn't know decent customer service if it was put in front of them. A vile and toxic place to shop!
