   Useless staff! And never order from them online as they mess up the orders or just take hours to pack your groceries. They never pick up the phone, you can try for yourself guys, call the store, 100% they wont pick up. 0 stars

   I use the coop during peak times everyday and I have noticed a staff member in particular Maria always works especially hard, even on her own during really busy times she is polite, efficient and a brilliant worker. Maria definitely deserves some recognition for her hard work, I've seen how long her ques get without help!

   Absolutely love the surprise factor with this shop! You never actually get what you order, but hey, who doesn’t love a little mystery in their grocery shopping? And if you allow replacements, they’ll send you whatever is easiest for them—so thoughtful! Truly a masterclass in convenience… for them.

   I have found this Co-op in Rush Green very pleasant over the years - nice staff, well-stocked and sufficient choice. Since the refurbishment (around 2018?) even better including self-service check-outs. The proactive manager is caring and has a lot of initiative.

   Good store for food however I was looking for an item and reading the description for a few minutes and the security guard looked at me and Walked passed me. There was also a recording announcement played in store about CCTV and not to steal. Probably because I was wearing jogging bottoms. I understand it's fairly close to college however I am fully grown man and not a teenager. I wish someone said something to me, I would have given them a right bullocking.
