Absolutely untrained and unprofessional workers.i visited 13 March 2023. Asked them I have dpd collection here. There were two staff on counter ( 1 male and 1 female ) and manger was on the side with delivery truck. They were idle on counter and refuse to get me parcel and said that you have to wait 30 minutes until manger gets free from delivery then he can hand me parcel. It was cold and windy,I walked 25 minutes to store,came back empty handed. Will never visit/buy/book anything on this store in future.

I went to put gas in the car, this is where I usually put it, I paid with cash in my hand and also bought a coffee and an umbrella, which I paid with my card. The guy at the house wouldn't give me the receipt, I asked for it, but he didn't give me the rest when I paid with cash in hand. When I left the gas station by car, I realized that he didn't give me the rest of the money. I went back and asked for the rest but he didn't give it to me, stating that I didn't take it. It is not OK! If I go and ask for a free loaf of bread because I don't have money, of course it won't be given to me. I am disappointed in them. I will go elsewhere even if it is further from me. Ugly gesture!!!!!

I do agree with the other comments, the staff needs to learn how to smile. It looks like all they are interested is if someone is stealing, feels like you are entering police station. Try to be friendly when paying they do not even listen what are you saying.

The worst customer service,all of the employees in there are misrable and have no respect for their customers,and furthermore thereβs a rule after 12pm they canβt put things in the bag ,? Sorry what type of retail is this ,very very bad ,they need to hire new and better staff ,

Worse customer service I've ever experienced. They charged my card 4 times for petrol. Then I was sent invalid gift vouchers from Co-op customer service. After complaining about the invalid vouchers, they told me to go back to the store, for a store reconciliation where I would be given cash. Got to the store (on the same day) and was told to come back on "Monday morning". I phoned back customer service whilst in the store, who assured me that all I had to do was speak to the store manager and quote a reference code for my cash. It turns out that the store manager was was refusing to do it, because she was not authorised to do store reconciliation, and the person who was authorised was on holiday. Why wasn't this sorted before I arrived there? The Customer Service Lead Agent decided to send me cheque (within 21 days) instead, while their area manager handles this store. Why wasn't this an option when I called in the first place? Co-op, the meaning of the word brand is, "A promise delivered". Why spend all this money on marketing your brand to get me in the store, only to spend the bare minimum on "real" customer service on your people including those handling emails and telephone. This experience forced me to write my first public negative review. I personally will always avoid coop in the future.

Rude if you ask me. Whenever I go in here with my boyfriend to buy stuff they're always watching us. It's really uncomfortable and just plain rude. I am short for my age and have a baby face, so I get asked for ID whenever I buy monster. Today, the lady who usually asks for ID in a rude manner, was walking about and I picked up a can of Monster Ultraviolet wondering what the flavour was. She rudely approached me and asked me out loud if I'm not old enough and that I look under sixteen. Taken into account my boyfriend is almost 6ft tall and 26 and I'm 5ft 2 and 25, I turned and she was shocked to see it was me She walked off past me without apologising, talking as if nothing happened. I felt so humiliated and embarrassed, I cried on the shop floor and she didn't even apologise for the manner in which she spoke to me It's not the first time she's done something like this in such a humiliating manner and she often laughs with her fellow staff members when they ask me for ID. The staff, not all, are rude and disrespectful Only one member of staff has actually been polite and nice to me. They don't know how to be friendly, approachable, communicate in a way that they don't offend or upset anyone. Unbelievable. It makes me feel unhappy and I don't feel like going there anymore

I really appreciate staff standing behind me thinking I'm shop lifting!!!!!! I work in the city as a legal personal assistance. Never taken anything. There is 1 member of staff he will stand over me while getting my coffee. He never knowledge me with good morning,afternoon, I always greet people. Manners. I haven't bothered going back in over a year Have a word with manager
