Needs to hire new people. Whole place smells of weed and staff doesn't acknowledge you but talks on their headpiece about their personal life. Tried to use my £1 discount 5 different times over the year and they'd scan, 'redeem it', tell us to rescan and just say there's no discount, despite showing the app.

Very long waiting time, extremely rude behaviour. When I asked about my order, no one gave a clear answer about whether it was ready or not. Very poor customer service. If you plan to order from here, think twice the behaviour reflects in the taste as well. I do not recommend ordering

I really like the more affordable member prices they have and the constant change of prices or discounts made which motivates me to buy different products I also like their own branded items which are more than 50% cheaper than the regular branded products sometimes. I put 4 because they still don't have a self checkout till when all other stores across London do, it's time for 2-3 self checkout tills to be installed, please, as the queues are massive.

I ordered my groceries through uber eats...This is what I ordered in my receipt and this is what arrived?! Are staff here that incompetent that they have completely missed the entire shopping list and just sent me random stuff that weren't even on the list? I am absolutely fuming as I ordered those items with my 40% off Ubereats voucher. Now I've not only have to go to the shops to get what I need, when the entire purpose of this service is to have your groceries delivered; I have now also lost out on my 40% off my groceries. It is either the staff here are stealing people's orders or they really are that incompetent. Never again.

Little grocery store in the heart of Charlton. Even though this is not a big store they have the things you need. Organized and staff are nice as well. Prices of coop is a little bit on a higher side.

I do rate Coop as a brand, but this store has been very disappointing lately and has not seemed to understand customers. A customer being disappointed that there are only three baskets shouldn't be shocking to the staff. I have also seen a lot of customers frustated with queues and other issues. Adding to this the prices for even basic items just keep creeping up and are more than other stores such as Sainsbury's and Tesco now.

It’s normally alright going in an grabbing something the cues can be long sometimes but thats about it. However, i went in to grab a couple beer earlier and the guy at the till is telling me he cant sell me 2 loose beers cause they have to be in a 4 pack. I did tell him thats all that was there only those 2 beers in the fridge so other people must’ve been buying them as singles. But he insisted i grab a 4 pack instead of just reducing the price. I have done this in other co-ops no problem. Please teach your staff how to handle this kinda stuff.

Decent size convenience shop. The range is limited as should be expected in a smaller shop. The produce co op stock generally is of good quality and responsibly sourced. Most co op shops including this one do a lot for their communities. The shop is a little crammed so not the easiest to navigate while trying to distance from other shoppers. Otherwise an excellent little village store with all the basics available at reasonable cost.
