Great staff and owners. My dog is always excited to stay here. Maybe it’s me, kidding. Have used for a few years now and highly recommend.
We today picked up a cat who had been kept in cramped hot conditions for 8 months - paid by the council on behalf of an owner who could no longer look after him . We cannot speak for the rest of the cattery but our collector was horrified and upset by his surroundings .
The staff are really lovely. I have been here several times, and each time, I have not had any concerns. The staff are very keen to do their best. The kennels are cleaned frequently, and the dogs/cats are well cared for. It has been very busy on some occasions that I have been there and can be quite noisy. Access is difficult if you have limited mobility. It isn't wheelchair or buggy accessible. There is a car park with very limited parking spaces. The owner is very knowledgeable and all the staff are very helpful in all aspects.
I highly recommend Heavenlys Animal Hotel in Jacksdale. I recently boarded my dog, Blu, there for a week while I was on holiday, and he had a wonderful time. The staff are incredibly friendly and caring, and they really went above and beyond to make sure that Blu was comfortable and happy. His suite was spacious and clean, and he had plenty of room to play and run around. He also had his own private outdoor patio, which he loved. The staff looked after Blu and played with him every day. I was so grateful to know that Blu was in good hands while I was away. I could tell that he was having a great time, and I was able to relax and enjoy my holiday without having to worry about him. I would definitely recommend Heavenlys Animal Hotel to anyone looking for a safe and loving place to board their pet.
Excellent cattery, run by professional and caring staff. Joanne was really warm and clearly cared a tremendous amount about the animals. I could see that he was happy in his large room/kennel, and did not want to leave, trying to climb back into bed instead. They use high quality kibble and he had a heat lamp about his bed. His space was very clean. He also did not show any signs of stress following his stay, which is unusual compared to previous stays at different catteries. This was our first stay, and I am really pleased to have found a place I can trust with my treasured pet.
I have taken my dog a few times to Heavenly Animal Hotel and each time he is looked after very well . This time I also left my 5 month old pup and had no doubt both would be looked after as well as they would be at home . Thank's to them all at Heavenly's for all the care they provide to the pets in there care x. Dotty
