I visited on the 16th of November at around 5 p.m. I asked for assistance because I was unsure how to use the self-checkout. I do not know the staff member’s name, but she was a white woman who did not offer any help despite clearly seeing us. This was very disappointing, especially as we were regular customers at this Co-op.
Moinul is so lazy and unprofessional. I will never go there again
Layout is good and efficient, good atmosphere, only downside is the bakery stall has flies inside touching all the food.
The prices here are far too expensive, there's never enough staff on the tills in the evenings there's a young lad they often leave him to deal with all the customers on his own. If you're buying anything other than essentials like bread and milk the shops next door will have it for cheaper.
I ordered via Ubereats. They didn't have the main items I needed but sent out the order anyways. I tried to contact them both through the rider (they ignored my request) and through their phone (number doesn't work). For context - I searched on ubereats specifically for eggs. I wanted to order ingredients for an omelette. I selected them because they had Eggs and added vegetables to my order. They sent everything BUT the eggs! They should update their app to show what's available! Meaning I paid for delivery and service and didn't get the groceries I wanted.

Has essentials. Coffee bean selection is very limited, but there are whole beans.
Absolute worse for ordering. DO NOT ORDER HERE FROM DELIVEROO your order will come 5 years later that’s how long you have to wait. And when you try call they never answer the phone
THREE hour wait for food that takes 3 minutes to pack. Called the shop and I was told that this has been happening to them for a week now where drivers don’t show up and to cancel through the app. Tried to cancel three separate times with three different people just to be told it needs to be cancelled by the shop and they can’t do it as they are not answering the phone. Ridiculous. the staff at this co op need to learn how to use the Deliveroo app and change their delivery times as no corner shop food takes two hours just to prepare.
