   Went to get my eyebrows threaded at 5:30pm. Despite asking for a tidy up on my eyebrows, the lady has threaded majority of my eyebrows off. I have naturally defined, thick brows. All I asked for was a tidy up. When I brought this up to the technician, I was told that the results were what I had asked for. My engagement is in 2 weeks and I have half of my natural brows left!? How is this acceptable, there was no sense of compassion or urgency to apologise when I was visibly upset. I also had a face wax. The lady then proceeded to penetrate the skin surface to get an ingrown hair out which was quite deep, I have cuts all over my neck and chin area

   My usual eyebrow lady wasn’t working today, and because i usually have a good experience i decided to try the lady that was working when I came. Unfortunately I really regret working with her, I’m so disappointed. She just kept telling me that I have no hair here and there though I only get threading every 6 weeks. she’s ruined the shape of my eyebrows and I’m so upset. I told her I'm particular about what I get but she just assumed she knew what i wanted. Im so unhappy. This is why you stick to the same service lady. Now I have no eyebrows.

   If you need it, they'll have it. My dentists have been absolute arseholes to me over a missed appointment 4 years ago, so they love to see me suffer. These guys always sort me out. I also have kids so great for all their needs.
