    Usaly go to sainsburys.friendly staff.but i though i go in co op as i only wanted cigs.stood at counter waiting for a member of staff.finaly one came.i asked can i have 20 b & h please.YER he replied.frew cigs on counter snatched £20 out my hand.gave me change.not even a word.just looked at me as if i was scum.rude ,aragant.and yes i told him.even sercurity gard agreed with me.will never be going there again.who thay think thay are ?

    Co op in Harold hill is a VERY expensive place to shop, however….. …Open late, very convenient, well stocked, Staff are ok, mostly, BUT- CHECK THE PRICES!! Would have given them a 4/5 star but someone has taken it upon themselves to rip the customers off, even on top of the sky high prices! Take note of the price at the shelf & then take note of what you’re being charged at the checkout. I’m fed up with the blatant fraud & now travel further to Tesco gallows corner for my shopping, save a packet!!! Edit. I popped in there tonight to get a couple of overpriced bits & now understand why it’s so expensive & why they push their luck with the overcharging. Shoplifting is RIFE in there! I watched 8 hoodies with about 8 items each, ALL get through a single self service checkout in about 30 seconds!!! All goods bagged up & all out of the door!!! No one watching, no security, EFF all! They obviously need to rebalance the books by overcharging law abiding customers. No more!!!

    would give 0 stars if i could - customers all waiting with baskets - girl useless talking about personal problems to customers. eventually a young man arrives absolutely useless - does not understand what i want and just arrogrant and lacking in communication skills. what an experience. will not shop there again

    I am a bit of an co.op fan if I was to decide what one I prefer... Only because it's good fantastic air con ..music playing on there Very own radio.. the till ques are usually 3 to 6 people along and have fair waiting time . Excellent selection of a variety of choices chilled essentials and grosserys in mini abundance even video's CDs flowers backery and lots more always friendly and helpful almost top marks for the hilldean strip UK No delivery and reasonable pricing .. small clearance second early morning or later in evening ..
