   Went in earlier today haven't been in a while and they are having work done to the whole shop, what gets me they are still open while this is happening they need to have the whole shop closed while having a refit it's to much for them and the customers, they have got rid of self service and now only got normal tills I stood in the queue for 10 mins waiting to be served. I won't come back now until they have completed everything because at the moment it's to much.

   Positives : plenty of stocks of items Negatives : be aware of parking in the shopping centre even if you shop £100 parking is not free and you will get parking charge notice if you don’t pay for hourly parking ridiculous shopping centre rules

   Three items I purchased had different prices at the checkout then on shelves and I asked a staff member for help and she said she doesn’t set the price and that she knows the item costs £3.00 and not £1.50 (that was the only price for a large basket with handles on the shelves full of these baskets). Car charger had a price of £1.50 (£2.00) at the checkout, and air duster £3.00 on the shelf and £1.00 at the till. Very unhelpful member of staff, didn’t even offer to accept the items back. I know it was busy on a shop floor but it doesn’t mean she had to be rude.

   Staff need to understand the concept of ‘challenge 25.’ Went into to buy some painkillers and a redbull (both age 16 restricted) but was refused purchase because I wasn’t 25, I responded saying I don’t actually have to be 25 but if I look younger than 25 I have to be ID’d, I actually had my ID on me proving I was older than 16 (24 to be exact) but the member of staff still refused purchase, I then asked her to get another member of staff because she was clearly confused to which the other staff member also agreed. Absolutely shocking.
