   Am so sad right now I came to shop to get something on the 3rd of July Thursday I buy something of £14.20 I was debited £14.20and the cashier said it was declined, immediately I give cash @hand on getting home I was debited £14.20 immediately I went back dere I meet the manager she said the will refund me back since then I did not see any refund. Am not happy @all all l need is my money thanks

   Just went in the store to buy a perfume. The lady showed me few fragrances while there was no queue. After I smelled them I liked one of them but wasn’t sure which one was. In this time there was a queue already, so I was waiting 10 mins with a baby which was crying the lady on the till to help me which was that fragrance. After the 4th customer which she served while I was waiting I asked her for help and she said to me she won’t help me while there is a queue. So I said to her I am not gonna wait anymore, I am a customer too, right? Why she just didn’t call someone to serve me for few minutes and that’s it??
