   Just shopped today at your Bluewater store and was approached by Khloe in the beauty dept upstairs. I just wanted to say how helpful, efficient and knowledgeable she is. She is an asset to your team and made my shopping experience so easy. I had a long list to get through and didn’t have a clue where to start and she really helped make the whole process smooth and straightforward for me and gave me some really good advice about products.    I have genuinely never experienced such bad customer service. I went into boots today to purchase an aftershave as a Christmas gift, I went to the counter to pay and I asked if I could split the transaction as I had about half of the amount left on my One4all gift card, a manager then came over along with the two girls that were serving me- not sure of her name but she was in black uniform so I’m assuming she was management. She explained that they do not accept the One4all, I then said boots absolutely do as I have used it in there several times before, they then pressed the payment button which resulted in them taking the money off of my normal bank card on apply pay as it automatically scanned, the manager then suggested I forget about it and go on about my day when I had already explained I wanted to split the payment!!!! They then had to refund me and start over which was fine however I didn’t even get an apology, they were sniggering and gossiping behind the counter whilst I was waiting to get my refund, absolutely appalling. Hope this gets looked into.

   I paid for glasses two weeks ago from this Boots shop. I tried on my glasses, fine, very nice, good quality, good value for money and the colleagues were pleasant enough. So I was meant to have them by around Wednesday last week. It’s now Monday. They were meant to be delivered to my local shop. I went down to the shop on Friday of last week: not there, come back on Monday. They’ve received several calls and emails, and they keep saying they’ll be here. It’s nothing against the people that work there, they were all lovely, but it doesn’t feel like the actual getting of the glasses is very high on anyone’s agenda at all. The makeup, skincare, sanitary products, etc, they’re all fine, perfect, easily accessible, reasonably priced and good quality. I just wouldn’t go to the opticians unless you’re willing to wait more than two weeks.

   I visited the make up counter today overwhelmed with the choices available. The lovely Navi, offered to help. Walked me through the different options and helped me test the products out until I was happy. Genuinely the best service I’ve received in a while. Navi truly represents what excellent customer service is and is a great asset to the team. I really hope the team recognises how good she is at her job. I’ll be back soon for sure

   Shopping in Boots is always a good experience, I was served by a lovely Spanish girl on the Dior counter, we had a chat in Spanish (and English) and she couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. 5 star service.
