   We have just finished taking our pup to Gastall Dog Groomers as part of their puppy package and can highly recommend them to anyone! They have been friendly, reassuring and extremely knowledgeable throughout the four days. He looks wonderful after his wash and blow dry!    Helen and the team are excellent and highly skilled groomers. I have taken my dog to both Kegworth and Broughton Astley branches and have been really impressed with the service and personnel. Helen is lovely and all the staff care for your dog whilst on the premises. Helen posted a video of her stripping my dog on her facebook page. My sog looked perfectly happy during the process. Highly recommend, especially for hand stripping. Five stars.

   I was quite nervous about booking my Huskita rescue boy for his first proper grooming session. He is such a sensitive lad. But Helen and the team are so supportive and kind and are so obviously intuitive dog people at their core. At Helen's suggestion he had a couple of short, fun visits beforehand. And on the day, to my surprise, she reported he had been a complete superstar! His transformation was dramatic: smooth, soft, even coat all over, with no loose undercoat coming through. And he smelt divine! He was a handsome boy before he went and uber-handsome when he returned! Thank you for an excellent service and experience!

   This was our first visit to Gastall Dog Grooming and Helen managed to fit our new rescue puppy in the same afternoon. She was just brilliant, our puppy looked fantastic and she gave some great advice regarding he coat, condition and well being. Following the grooming, Helen texted to see how the puppy was post groom.....given he slept for 3 hours was a clear sign it was a relaxing experience from him! I could not recommend this dog groomers enough, they are trust worthy, sage, experienced and great value for money.

   Since returning from France to the U.K. with Bernie my Griffon Nivernais I felt so lucky that I happened to find Helen to groom her. I knew from meeting Helen that Bernie was in 'kind hands' - Helen went online to research exactly how a Griffon Nivernais should be clipped. Bernie is a very large, hairy dog and when she steps out of the salon she is very pleased with herself, looks amazing and smells delightful! Thank you Helen - I really appreciate your professionalism and kindness ... as does Madame! LOL .... Sorry no photo of her just clipped - but she looks beautiful!
