Hetty being a rescue dog we didn't know how she would take to being professionally groomed, apparently she was a superstar, thanks to Harriette, who did an amazing job , Hetty is now half the size and more importantly she can see where she's going, will definitely be returning .Good value for money.
Took my golden retriever to see Harriet as she was quite matted and knotty. Went to collect her and she was wagging her tail, had a great time. Coat looks lovely after a bath, blow dry and cut. Thank you.
Harriet and all her staff are amazing. Our 3 dogs have been going for years and love their visit every time. Great grooming, great staff, great environment and facilities. Can't recommend Harriet enough. Fantastic!
Harriet is wonderful and a very welcome find! My dog, Hudson is nearly 3 yrs old and never been to a dog groomers before, but Harriet was amazing with him and made him look incredible. He came out wagging his tail, relaxed and completely at ease. I cannot recommend Harriet enough, a truly exceptional groomer with the most wonderful nature with dogs .... and their owners. Excellent experience. Harriet treated our dog like royalty! Gave her a scruff and she returned a princess to us. Very pleased with Harriets experience, courtesy, professionalism and welcome. Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone thinking of having their best friend groomed.
Went to Harriet for the first time today and am over whelmed with the warm and care shown by this lovely lady. She gave my old boy the most beautiful hair cut he has ever had and he looked so happy!! Highly recommend - thank you Harriet x
Day care and Grooming, what more does your dog need. Orson (our puppy) has been groomed and stayed for day care. Harriet is amazing, she did a puppy groom initially to see how he'd be and she did an amazing job. He's since been for full grooms and I like that she listens to what I would like done, rather than just do a standard cut. He always comes back looking and smelling gorgeous. Day care is fab, drop off before work and pick up after. There is a dedicated area where the day care dogs stay together, no individual cages, thank goodness, excellent for social skills. There are plenty of toys and a sofa to lounge for them. All exceptionally clean. The best bit is that she is based on a farm so has fields for your dogs to run and play. She takes them out to play regularly. When I come to collect Orson, he just doesn't want to leave.
Monday was our first time trying Harriet's Dog Grooming, and let me just say, we're lifelong fans! I adopted this shaggy boy last week, but I noticed that he had a lot of snagging and matted fur, which was very uncomfortable. I had driven past Harriet's several times, so I decided to give her a call. I'm glad I did! Not only was she able to see us in just a few days, but she transformed my Boris from a hobo to a prince. She explained that she would have to shave him down, because some of the matting was so close to the skin. I trusted her to do her magic, and she definitely delivered. His previous human told me that Boris was afraid of groomers, and got very agitated. I warned Harriet of this, and when I went to pick him up, she said he stayed calm, and he was very happy with a wagging tail, and a bright yellow bow. I've had several dogs, and I've used several groomers all over the world, but Harriet is in her own class. Thank you for making my little man comfortable and dapper!
