I had a great experience at Levins. My wedding and engagement bands both needing to be downsized by 4 sizes, levins beat the quotes from 2 other jewellers in town (unbeknownst to them!) by over half. My wedding ring has half a band of diamonds and they managed to resize it perfectly without warping the shape. Both were rhodium plated (included in the price) and look beautiful. Levins were amazing and ordered me a black diamond. Even thou I’m hard to please and had to visit a number of times to get the design right they were very patient and made sure we were happy with the design and cost. Thank you to all the staff and we would both recommend this Jewellery shop.

Came in today to get a quote for a ring resize, the man in store was very helpful and honest and recommended a different jeweler for us if we didn't want to be waiting a bit longer (due to backlog). Absolutely love the honesty and helpfulness of the store, shows they aren't just in it for the money

Sue and Ian are highly professional and took their time to educate me about the quality of the pieces (eye glass included). Absolutely amazing personal experience. They held my hand through designing and building the most perfect engagement ring I could have ever imagined. I had an idea in my mind from some research but the way Levins took those ideas, improved them and then delivered the final ring was something I cannot thank them enough for. My wife to be is in love with it and it is exactly what I wanted it to be for her (and me). I've gone on to use them for any jewellery I buy now. They have also provided us with perfect wedding rings.
