We had a great experience with Trevor who helped us pick the perfect ring. My partner and I had no idea about different types of diamonds but Trevor was such so patient and helpful throughout the process. He made a what would have been a very overwhelming process a very memorable and easy experience. Kristy was wonderful as well when we came in to collect the ring. Overall very happy with the customer service and the designs and quality of the jewellery.
Shivarni at the Nottingham branch was super helpful with my recent engagement ring purchase. I went in with a rough idea but realistically I had no idea how much choice there would be. She was supper helpful in showing me different designs, bands, diamond options etc and in the end picked a lovely looking ring, the ring was then ordered and help for a week or so ready for me to pick up and take on holiday for the big proposal. Shivarni then reached out after I returned to see if a resize was required or not. Super service from start to finish!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience dealing with Austen Blake, in particular with Mitch who was our consultant. We were treated as if we were the only customers there, given time and opportunity to contemplate our choices, without ever feeling rushed and pushed. I wanted to buy a ring for my partner and I got drawn by the look of this shop. Really elegant, clean and layback at the same time. I've been welcomed by Natasha and she's been super friendly and very helpful on find the right ring for my partner. All the staff is really knowledgeable and welcoming, they offered me a coffe and we ended up talking for ages about my partner (felt like having a chat with some friends!) A great experince!
