Raun was fantastic throughout the entire design process and was incredibly helpful for my partner and I. The ring is absolutely incredible and we couldn’t be happier.    I visited Temprell with my sister to have permanent bracelets fitted. Holly was amazing and walked us through the process and helped us choose our bracelet and charm before fitting this for us. Holly was so welcoming and just make it a super enjoyable and memorable experience. There was so much choice in terms of gold and silver bracelet designs and the initial and birthstone charms are all so pretty. We both went with initial charms in the end and so happy with the end product. Would definitely reccomend as something special you can do with family or a friend. Thank you Temprell and Holly.

   Can't thank Temprell enough, Holly helped me through the process and it was amazing to see the ring I'd designed in CAD and 3D printed stages as it really elevated the experience. They stand out from other Jewelers in the area by a long shot with the quality and whole experience of buying a ring.    A fantastic independent, family-run jeweller in Nottingham. My partner picked my engagement ring out from here, which I loved, and we have now just had our wedding bands made too. My mother in law then commissioned a custom set of earrings from antique jewellery which was a great, simple process. We were kept up to date on each step and every conversation was always with the utmost professionalism.    Leanne and Raun from Temprell were brilliant when helping myself and my husband choose wedding bands. Leanne sat us down and went through all the different styles for both men and women and explained in detail about each. Raun followed up throughout, even sending a video of my ring being made which was lovely to see. We were very impressed, the rings look beautiful and we would highly recommend.

   I am so impressed by this independent jeweller. My engagement ring from Goldsmiths lost a little diamond so I took it to Goldsmiths who said they would have to send it off and had no estimate to how long it would take or how much. Needless to say I wasn’t happy with that. Temprell on the other hand - they evaluated it then and there in the store and gave a really modest quote. They got it fixed, replated and polished and back to me within a week!! The staff are so kind and professional. Will definitely return. Amazing. So happy we have this gem in Nottingham!
