I had my tattoo here from Marisa and I’m very pleased. Marisa knows what she is doing and the attention to detail is very good. The place is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. The aftercare was also very good. I will definitely be going back to Marisa for my next tattoo and I would highly recommend her.
Was tattooed for a second time by guest artist José (@metra.92 on Instagram) and yet again I couldn't recommend him enough! José isn't just extremely talented at his art but provides a relaxed and safe environment to be inked in. He understands exactly what his clients want and delivers an incredible outcome, ensuring you happy as the process goes along :) Couldn't be happier with both my tattoos I've had done by him and will definitely be back again to have more of his art put on my body! X
I got tattooed here by José (instagram: @metra.92) a few days ago. The place is really nice, bright and clean. José was great: patient, listening and helping me bringing to life the beautiful design I had in mind. I am so happy with his work and I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for something poetic, flowy, and with skilled elegant details.
I got tattooed by Marisa a few months ago and I can’t recommend her enough. I had a tattoo on the top of my leg and she made me feel very comfortable in the studio, was very professional, made me feel at ease. The tattoo looked beautiful, much better than I imaged it to look and it healed so quickly! It looks amazing, I had so many compliments about it on holiday. Will be back asap for more x
Marisa tattooed me a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier! She is an amazing artist and very sweet person. The tattoo is big and covers my whole "backside" :) so it was very big deal and very intimate session. She made sure I am comfortable and relax throughout the whole 2 days in a row session (which was very intense for me and for her) . She had vegan sweets ready at hand, ipad with netflix for the client and the tattoo it's just gorg.! She made me feel so much better about my body with this tattoo and help with my veeery low self-esteem! I can't thank her enough for this one! it was worth travelling 3h to Bristol to get it done! Highly recommend Marisa!
Marissa is such a talented tattoo artist and is not only highly professional, but is also such an incredibly warm and lovely person. I have had two fine line tattoos done by Marissa now and cannot put into words how much I love them both. I have had countless compliments - with people stunned by how delicate and intricate they are. Marissa puts so much care and attention into making sure the designs are exactly what you want, and that the sessions are as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Her studio is gorgeous, and she uses the most ethical and sustainable products for her tattoos too. She is thorough in her aftercare advice and information and her post tattoo touch up service is fantastic too. I have recommended her to many friends and know she is now a loved and admired tattoo artist across Bristol - for very good reason!
Marisa is an absolutely lovely person and such an incredible tattoo artist. She is very understanding and caring when it comes to your design and is always working with you to reach your tattoo goal. I have had many tattoos by Marisa and I keep coming back as I love the whole experience. I always feel safe and comfortable, and the studio is stunning too - you will want to take pictures! I couldn’t recommend anyone else more, especially if you’re looking for delicate, pretty tattoos !
Good luck if your appointment is on a day when Marisa Jimenez is too tired to do a good job. She gave me a HORRIBLE leg tattoo, lines that were supposed to be straight are wobbly and the tattoo itself looks nothing like the stencil. I will have to spend hundreds of pounds to get this tattoo removed with laser which is an extremely expensive treatment. Please DO NOT put your skin in Marisa's hands. I know her Instagram portfolio looks amazing but she does have her bad days and she doesn't even take responsibility for destroying other people's skins. Tattoos are permanent, they are difficult to remove and if done poorly, they can really damage your self-esteem. I cannot even wear shorts or skirts anymore because I am too embarrased to walk around with this tattoo. I'm so disappointed and disgusted and I regret contacting Marisa in the first place. She's destroyed my self-esteem and my life.
