Great service . They go above and beyond with this family business . I was working with a SEN child and needed assistance ,the awesome young lady assisted me ,took the goods to my car and brought the pay machine out too ! What a brilliant service . Also they have a vast and varied collection of animals goods at competitive prices . Well done team !!

I will never step foot inside this shop again!! I don't usually leave reviews, however, Over the years, I've spent thousands and my daughters have also spent a huge amount as we buy most of our pets items in this shop!! but today I was treated appallingly because on my way out of the shop my dog unbeknown to me wee'd in the doorway, old , short, grey haired woman comes rushing outside, shouting in front of alot of customers 'your dog has peed'. I apologise profusely as i genuinely didn't realise, she handed me a cloth and spray to clean it up, I had to ask where it was and got a rude reply. She then continued to slag me off to a shop full Of customers, one of them was my daughter who was buying £30 pounds worth of goods. I was extremely embarrassed and so was my daughter, I have an invisible disability and didn't need the stress that day!! Absolutely atrocious customer services and I know because I own my own successful retail business!!!...After reading your reviews I'm shocked you still have any customers!!
I have visited this establishment twice recently , I'm a retired gentleman and on both occasions the older grey haired gentlemen who I assume is the owner makes you feel like a criminal, you constantly feel he is monitoring you with the expectations you are about to steal something , believe me i could afford to buy the shop. Needless to say I won't be returning
I had always liked going to this shop. However, for the first time, I took one of my pups in the other day, and on the way out, she dribbled wee on the carpet on the way out less than a teaspoon of wee. The man wasn't very customer friendly and made me feel bad and got me to clear it up. Just so you know, at pets at home, the staff say, "Don't worry," and clear it up for you.
Huge selection of beds and leads, far better than highstreet pet stores. Staff really friendly and reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning!

Won't go there again! Even though they are dog friendly (NOT) we took our little dog for a new harness and she did a wee, we apologised, and cleaned it up and the women said perhaps you shouldn't being her next time!!!! I can assure you there wo r be a next time!!! So flipping rude.
