    I don't know if anyone else experiences this but I can never use any discount that might be available to me as the store does not have a good enough reception to operate the app. I think Pets at Home need to look at this.

    Wait 15 minutes for a member of staff. Eventually ask a till staff and they find someone else. Ask to buy flee treatment as its locked away which is £8.95. Advised that is subscription only but I can buy a pack of 3 for £23! Clearly priced as a single product. What an absolute Joke. Not everyone has £23. Why are we being mislead? Oh wait I can buy the treatment that doesn't work for that price without a subscription. Last time I shop there.

    The staff were helpful, they let me try coats on my dog who is a funny shape. And I got 10% discount by joining the loyalty scheme so a bonus.

    This store and it's staff are so so helpful. We have a family Hamster, and on Wednesday of this week, there was a bit of a dilemma. They couldn't have been more helpful and because of this we have a very Happy Ham. (RIP Scrambles, (Scrambam) 21/1/2023 very much loved).
