   We took delivery of our Aqua trainer Swim-spa in February. We are delighted with it and despite the snow we have enjoyed our swimming sessions. The service from the start of our enquiry to final installation from Chris and his team was outstanding. Even though we delayed installation due to building works being delayed, it was no trouble for the team to be flexible. We could not recommend Hydropool Midlands enough, if you need a Spa or Hot tub you will not be disappointed going to them.

   Chris and his team were very considerate when we had to postpone our hot tub installation during spring 2022 due to a delay with our building works. Our 'Signature Self-Cleaning Model 670 Platinum' was installed in the summer. It's wonderful, and lived up to all our expectations. My wife and I use it two or three times a week (when I use it on my own I find the leg pain treatment is especially effective). My wife and her sister use it on a weekly basis (the integral ice bucket is great for their Prosecco). We have had other relations and friends round to use it. Everyone comments on how good a hot tub it is - even those who have their own. It's especially relaxing to have a glass of wine whilst having a dip during the dark winter evenings, under the outside glass canopy with the hot tub lights and our garden lights on.

   Have now had my hot tub for 18 months, the service from start to finish has been great, Chris is very knowledgeable and if I’ve had any questions is always available. We did a lot of research before we bought and I am really pleased, the running cost have been far better than expected and has not made any real difference to the overall cost during the winter, I guess this is down to the insulation and heater. Great service, I buy my chemicals from Chris and it’s always a pleasure to call in and catch, top team.

   A good quality product, my wife and I use it daily. I do between 1 and 2 k everyday and I’m starting to the feel the benefit. It will be interesting to see how it affects my electric bill, particularly with the price hikes, but what I lose in electric I guess I gain in fitness. Easy to use and so far reliable with good support from the Hydropool team at Nottm.
