   Monika is an amazing swim teacher, she has really helped my children with their confidence. She also deals really well with my autistic child and never forces her to do anything, she’s always switching up what she is doing to make my child feel comfortable, and also recognises when she has had enough.

   Our daughter has had 6 lessons with Deborah at Swim Now East Midlands and has made exceptional progress in that time, already progressing an entire swimming level. Previous swimming lessons at a leisure centre were counterproductive and our daughter had developed a real anxiety about lessons and refused to get into the pool. At the taster session Deborah immediately put her at ease, and within a few minutes in the pool with her there was a complete change in our daughter - she was laughing! We haven't looked back. We see tangible progress during the lesson, and confidence has sky rocketed in the water. So much so that we were able to enjoy a family holiday recently where the first thing we had to do every day was go to the pool to swim! Deborah is a highly skilled teacher, her technique is encouraging and supportive, but challenges you to develop and try something new. We cannot rate Deborah highly enough, her brilliant lessons have resulted in swimming lessons becoming the highlight of our week.

   Great experience of learning to swim. Monica is a very calm and easy going instructor. Very professional and patient. My wife has a phobia of water and finds really hard but monica is very good with her. I would really recommend swim now.

   This was my son’s first lesson here and he absolutely loved it. Swim now have great instructors who are passionate about their work and are able to work with different ages and cater well to their needs. My only issue would be the pricing as they are quite expensive and not affordable for every one.

   My two children (8 & 5) started swimming lessons with Swim Now in April 2022, for a short time with Madalyn and for the pass few months with Monika... It has been wonderful to watch their progression and see their confidence in the water blossom... They absolutely love their lessons... I genuinely believe their swimming ability wouldn't have flourished in group lessons in the same way it has under Madalyn and Monika's tuition and so my husband and I are very grateful to Swim Now for teaching our children to swim in a safe, fun and nurturing way.

   Before learning to swim with Gill, my daughter was afraid to try anything in the water without an adult holding her. A few months on and she’s now achieved her 5m unaided, confidently goes underwater and looks forward to her lessons every week. It’s been magical to watch her confidence and skills develop and how willing she is to try new things. Gill is a wonderfully patient teacher who forms lovely relationships with her pupils. Thank you for your support Gill, you will be missed!
