   We have had a flair hot tub since December 2021 and had a swim spa for the last 6 weeks. They are both excellent pieces of equipment with good jets and lovely lights and both hold the temperature well. The jets on the spa are great for swimming and I feel fitter and stronger already. The grandchildren love the spa particularly. It is a great joy getting up in the morning and getting into your own spa for a swim. It will be great in the better weather and I do feel lucky. I call Penny and Jackie the A Team. We found we were not given enough information and chemicals on delivery. The ladies came out 3 times to make sure we knew what to do and what chenicals to buy. Nothing is too much trouble to them and I know I can ring them if we get stuck. The delivery itself was very good with great care taken. They lifted the spa over the fence onto rollers and then it was guided into place The negative side is that we did not realise how many chemicals were needed after speaking to the original salesman. The maimtainance has taken a lot more of my leisure time than expected. I spent 40 minutes sucking up debris and 15 minutes swimming this morning after seeds, leaves and needles fell out of the filters we git out to clean. Sadly since we bought 18 months ago the cost of energy has dramatically increased and our electricity bill is considerably higher. It is something to consider when buying.

   Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble, try the tubs as many times as you need to without pushy sales staff. Quality built hot tubs with superb insulation. Very satisfied and looking forward to enjoying our hot tub for many years to come.

   Great Spa and Great service from start to finish. No pushy sales speak and Simon gave plenty of options to look at to enable us to make an informed decision. Site visits pre install to ensure Tub would fit and confirm access requirements and also to ensure electrical requirements are identified to ensure smooth installation. Home visit post installation to give support/tips on Spa Care. 5 stars from me. Thank you Simon.

   We ordered our Hotspring Spa after an ad-hoc visit to their showroom in May 2021. Jacqui was great and very helpful, answering our many questions with a friendly smile. She even let us come back for a "wet test" after we had placed our order. Unfortunately, it took 9 months for delivery, due to many different things but Jacqui and her team kept us up to date at all times, they even tried to see if they could get another order diverted to us and offered for us to have the display spa that was in their store instead, however we wanted the spa that we had ordered. Finally, the spa was delivered on 2 February 2022! The installation was very quick and easy, thankfully we didn't have to go for the expense of a crane and the tub was positioned into place with ease by the installation team. The installation team were brilliant! You would not have know they had been in our garden, they left it so tidy. We patiently waited for the spa to get to the appropriate temperature and enjoyed our first soak. We've used it regularly since and keeping on top of the maintenance is simple. This really is a life changer, if we're stressed or aching 30 minutes in the hot tub gets rid of it all and we've not slept so well in ages. I highly recommend getting a Hotspring Spa Hot Tub from Jacqui and her team in Derby.

   Great service all the way from selecting a tub to the delivery and aftercare. Jacqui even helped us find a reasonably price crane to hoist over the house! the tub is great, powerful and easy to clean, cheap to run. Hours to relaxing and chilling!
