   It really annoys me that after 40 years of association with Seymour when it was a small private business that now it's gone "corporate " you ask me for feedback" in order to "boost" your ratings. I preffered the practice back then, not that Everyone who has treated my dog is uncaring or inexperience but much like my now bupa dental practice, the commu I action and repeat between those who work "Front of house" and the mismanagement team, has not retained the " more intimate and personal" touch.

   Quite simply... nothing hurried.. having a young dog spayed is difficult on all levels.. Eveything was explained thoroughly... Tilly was treated with so much kindness...so, 5 days post spay...I have one very happy healthy pup... not that she wanted to stay around at her check-up... Thank you to all at Seymour Vets Totness

   Fantastic vets. Brought my pet in for a procedure yesterday, all the staff were so friendly and professional, made us both feel as ease. I was kept updated and able to collect him a few hours after dropping him off, given all the info I needed and reassurance that support was there on the phone if I had concerns
