It is a beautiful lakeside park next to the University of Nottingham. Highlights include boating, adventure golf, children’s play areas, cafes, and aves. It has a peaceful spot for walks, picnics, and family days out. Easy tram/bus access, but parking is limited.

Within the grounds of Nottingham University this park and lake is a beautiful space to escape and relax. The traffic noise from the nearby University Boulevard is a little disruptive especially on the south side of the lake but it's still lovely and green with lots of birds and other wildlife to see.

First time we have visited, was advised parking can be difficult so made the journey on the tram which was perfect as drop off is right outside the park. Lovely walk around the lake, very picturesque. Only thing that let's it down is the state of the toilets

Great park to visit. Plenty to do, generally tidy and clean. Except for the toilets really which could do with a bit of investment to bring them up to standard. And maybe a fence system to keep all the ducks and geese from going on the grassed area, just seems to be bored poo everywhere, more that there ever has been. Other than that generally a good place to go.

It's a really nice place to walk around, it's peaceful and relaxing. There is a cafe for drinks and snacks and a mobile coffee van too, the latter sells some fantastic brownies, cakes and savoury pastries, the coffee and hot chocolate isn't bad either! We like to stroll around and feed the birds and squirrels; it's a very satisfying thing to do. We go several times a week, and we'd never be bored of it.
