Very polite staff can be difficult to find good parking small friendly vets
Orla runs the best veterinary practice that we have ever used, and we have lived up and down the UK. We recently had to have our old border collie, Tess. put to sleep, and the compassion we were given was superlative. Tess passed peacefully. A candle was lit in reception asking visitors to speak softly and respect us during our loss. We were also sent a beautiful card and some forget-me-not seeds to scatter in remembrance of Tess. Thank you, Orla and your team. I'm sure we'll be back. I have a gap in my heart in which I can squeeze a collie needing some love!

Extremely bad experience. The sloppy receptionist lied and said my previous vets notes did not say any thing about my dogs on going eye condition and forced me to pay for a full consultation after a recent previous visit to the vet there. I later discovered from the vet the receptionist did infact have my previous notes. When i complained about being forced to pay for an unnecessary vet visit her elderly female colleague became extremely rude and ordered me out of the practice like she was the owner. Becareful choosing this practice because they will trick you into paying unnecessary over priced vet fees. I will not be going back. Incompetent receptionist and extremely rude older colleague.
