I am so pleased with Joeys time at this kennels. Joey is a complex dog with quite complex needs and they are nothing short of amazing with him. I am so so pleased I have found them. As well as them being incredibly supportive of Joey and his needs, the have also helped build his confidence. I highly recommend! Thank you so much ❤️
The staff are friendly and kind; my cat, Jetsam is always happy to have a holiday at Leburnick! He adjusts really well and we haven’t had any stress related problems with him since he’s been visiting! Thank you so much! I would highly recommend!
Firstly, great facilities and friendly and welcoming staff. My dog biggie is quite hyper and needs a certain type of attention. This was his first time at a kennels and they offered us a trial initially, before taking him for 4 days and nights. Biggie was excited to return after the trial! And once we picked him up from his long stay, he seemed happier than ever. He loved it and the results were fantastic. It went better than I could have imagined and it’s certainly down to the kennels and staff. I’m very grateful to have found something so perfect. I’d recommend this kennels every day of the week. I know biggie can’t wait to visit again!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Leburnick Kennels highly enough! They looked after my dog Tilly while I was on holiday, and she couldn’t have been in better hands. From the moment I dropped her off, the staff were warm, professional, and clearly passionate about the animals in their care. They kept me updated with how she was settling in, which gave me total peace of mind. When I came to collect her, she was happy, healthy, and clearly well-loved during her stay. The kennels were spotless, well-organised, and had plenty of space for exercise and playtime. It’s clear that the team genuinely care about every dog as if they were their own. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring Tilly back in the future—thank you for making her stay so comfortable!
We picked our dogs up from Leburnick today and they have had such a fantastic time. We got video updates during the week that they stayed which was very reassuring as one dog was a puppy and had never been before. The other two had been before but not for several years. The fees are good for the service received and I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer anyone to them. I might even put my cat in next time as well!
We use Leburnick Kennels for day care Mon to Fri and our dog absolutely loves it!! He’s excited to go in, in the mornings and comes home happy and tired. It’s quite clear that Debbie, her family and their team look after the animals in their care and give them every comfort. We have had no hesitation in boarding him when required and would not dream of taking him anywhere else. We would highly recommend Leburnick Kennels!
We put our two cats into Leburnick initially for three months whilst we waited for our new house to be built - this turned into 8 months! Whilst we missed our cats lots we felt reassured knowing they were well looked after. Debbie was always very friendly, responded to emails quickly and was very flexible, and understanding, when we kept needing to extend our booking. She was always happy for us to visit them and would provide updates on how they were doing. When we did finally get to pick them up they had clearly been well looked after. We will definitely use Leburnick Cattery again - hopefully just for short stays in future!
Fantastic service, highly recommended. We recently took our spaniel on holiday to Cornwall and fortunately for us it was a heatwave with scorching temperatures all week! This obviously wasn't fortunate for our dog though, far too hot to keep her with us whilst out and about enjoying the sights. So after the first few days out tailored to keeping our beloved pooch cool enough we looked around for a decent kennels to put her in doggy day care and save her paws from the hot floors and long car journeys around the county. Leburnick fitted us in at very short notice, all the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Pudsey clearly enjoyed her stays, gladly went with them at hand overs each day and wasn't anxious about going back. I have no doubt they took great care of her. Leburnick kennels were life savers as we had not planned to do this at all and had hoped to keep her with us so hadn't researched in advance or booked ahead, as with hindsight we probably should have. Massive thanks to Debbie and Josh and all the other staff who helped us out, it's good to know you're there ready for next time.
Really lovely people, that care about your pets, left both my cat and dog for two weeks! And they both came home happy and healthy! Was nervous about leaving my cat as he is a long haired cat that isn’t used to a litter tray and sometime gets a little matted around the bum area when left in cattery, Debbie took the time to make sure he was well looked after and tried to give him a brush every day, he is a big grump so that speaks for itself! It’s was my dogs second time. And she seemed to love it to! Would definitely recommend very friendly! Very welcoming! Thank you x
Fantastic team at Leburnick! My dog does both day care and boarding here and loves it she's always wagging her tail when we arrive. It's great knowing she's really well looked after and you're leaving your pet in the best care! I can't thank the team enough!
