   Late flowers for my Dads funeral service. We ordered a wreath for my Dad which was promised to arrive at 10:30, but arrived at 11:10 - 10 minutes after the service began. If we had known it would be an issue we would have collected it. My sister requested many times to make a complaint and resolve the issue- however was promised time and time again the manager/ owner would call. Nobody ever did. Being late is one thing, but the lack of accountability, apology and complete avoidance of communication despite being given many opportunities is why I am leaving this review.

   I had my wedding hand tied arrangement and button holes made here and was delighted. Ordering was simple, staff were very helpful, I thought the prices were really good (a lot less than I expected) and on the day they also delivered a matching bouquet from my now husband. Delighted and would recommend.

   Beautiful florist, with very warm friendly staff. Excellent selection of flowers, cards and balloons for every occasion. Parking available right outside. Can make personalised arrangements such as the hatbox in the attached photo, which was very well received. Would highly recommend. Hillary and Daljit were very helpful.
